By accessing or downloading the BoloEnglish mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

            Scholarship Incentive Disclaimer: BoloEnglish is an educational language app. Coins earned through lesson activities are symbolic rewards representing educational points. Redeeming coins for payouts is structured strictly as scholastic encouragement and subject to anti-fraud audit checks.
        

1. User Accounts & Registration

To access speaking tests, interactive homework guides, and track your levels, you must register for an account using your email or phone number. You agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful details, including your real name and current educational class.
Maintain the safety and privacy of your login details.
Refrain from creating multiple dummy accounts to exploit reward systems. Multiple accounts registered to a single user will lead to instant termination of all associated points.

2. Educational Reward Policies

Our "Learn and Earn" framework is designed to incentivize speaking and reading fluency. The rules governing these rewards include:

Validity of Coins: Coins are awarded strictly for completing lessons, hitting streaks, passing AI speech grades, and participating in live voice quizzes.
Withdrawal Requests: Minimum limits and conversion rates (INR / NPR) are configured dynamically by administrators. Payout processing takes 1 to 5 business days.
Minors: If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian prior to initiating any payout request.

3. Zero Tolerance for Cheating & Exploits

We are dedicated to maintaining a fair learning environment. The following acts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account bans and forfeiture of coins:

Using automated bots, recording loops, auto-clickers, or external voice synthesizers to simulate spoken English lessons.
Decompiling, modifying, or reverse-engineering the application network requests to forge coin counts or bypass AdMob integrations.
Exploiting software glitches or network delays to earn duplicate coins.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All curriculum, lesson notes, character icons, audio tutorials, design templates, and software codes featured in BoloEnglish are owned by us or our licensing partners and are protected by international copyright laws. You may use them solely for personal, non-commercial education.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BoloEnglish is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our AI voice grading will perfectly replicate native grading or that payouts will be processed instantly during network outages. We are not responsible for typographical errors in your payout destinations (UPI address or digital wallet details entered incorrectly).

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable standard digital services acts and local education support parameters, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles.
