Account & Data Deletion - BoloEnglish App

At BoloEnglish, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and remove all associated data from our servers, you can do so easily through the app or by submitting a deletion request below.

            Google Play Policy Compliance: In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies, users can request complete deletion of their account, profile details, learning statistics, and associated cloud records.
        

Method 1: Delete Account In-App (Recommended)

You can delete your account directly from within the BoloEnglish mobile application:

Open the BoloEnglish app on your Android device.
Navigate to your Profile or Settings tab.
Scroll down and tap on "Delete Account" or "Remove My Data".
Confirm your request. Your account and personal data will be immediately and permanently removed from our active database.

Method 2: Request Deletion via Web Form / Email

If you have uninstalled the app or prefer assistance from our support team, you can request account deletion by filling out the form below or emailing us directly.

Alternatively, you can email us directly at sapzon2023@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

What Data is Deleted?

Your user profile, name, email address, and class selection.
All learning progress, scores, daily streaks, and coin balances.
Associated Firebase authentication records.

Note: Certain transaction records related to scholarship payouts or legal compliance may be retained for the minimum period required by applicable financial regulations.
